60 Days Today!
Just updating you guys. I honestly don't know if I'd be sober without this group. Encouraging, patient and kind.
I'm doing what I said I wouldn't do: I have a sponsor, go to meetings, I've even started a 4th step. I'm not drinking the koolaide but none of it seems like a bad idea. I picked a higher power that I can believe in: Reality. Yesterday, when my head was spinning I did what they told me and thought about someone else. It helped. I'm no saint. My default is to judge everyone all the time. I'm working on that.
