I've done well with stopping, but left my IOP group because it was solely focused on addiction, all of them were going to prison for drugs. Yes, I have an alcohol problem and that made me realize it. But, since I'm charged each individual day, I had permission to stop since I never got my depression coping skills. That is essential to me. I know I'm an alcoholic, I've finally admitted it. I'm in the very early/baby stages of it and don't want to progress. My depression, however, has been around 15 yrs. I'm a 35 year old, white, fit, married, educated female. Not that alcohol cares, but that is me.
