I would suggest asking your doctor for a referral to a nutritionalist to specifically address your liver health. You are absolutely correct that poor diet can negatively affect your liver function. It is good to consult with a professional to find out exactly what changes to your diet you need to make to support the healing process of your liver. And great job on your sobriety!

Thanks for your support my SR friends and have a great sober weekend.

Fantastic job and news Bruno. For people like us, keeping away from booze solves so many self inflicted problems.

Great job.

Great job indeed!

When my liver enzymes came back high my dr. warned me about alcohol and wanted me in for more tests. Instead I hid in a bottle for 18 more months, the dull pains in my liver started about 6 months after the dr warned me. My brother-in-law has cirrhosis and nearly died from it. I don't want to end up there.

I'm not too familiar about Liver enzymes. Does anyone know anything about the subject?

Thank you,

Bruno.
It means just that, your liver enzymes are slightly higher than the normal range, its saying your liver is having to work that little bit harder to filter out the toxins x x x

Oh heck didnt read the entire post ha ha!!! Well done!
