Newcomers forum vs Alcoholism forum
Which one should someone who's not new to recovery but new to "not drinking" (many times over) be in?
I gravitated to this one because it has more people in it any most times, but can't help but wonder if the other forum is more appropriate for me.
Maybe it doesn't matter .. maybe I should use both as I've seen others doing. Just wondering what the long term SR members think of this.

I vote newcomers. If you have struggled to remain sober, you are still "new" to the experience.
But that doesn't keep you from posting to the other threads. If fact, you should join a newcomer's class.
