Drug and alcohol help

I'm new here I'm Laura and I'm addicted to cocaine and alcohol I joined here for support I have tried quitting lots of times but it never works and this is it I have to quit before it ruins my life. Any help and advice would be great

Thank you I am going to write on here regularly with how I feel etc and hopefully that helps. I feel really low today and scared and paranoid I feel like crying I'm such a mess

Welcome! Getting sober is SO worth it! Have you tried AA? I am a member and the program has saved my life.

I've tried going to the doctors meetings and that didn't help at all. This time I'm going to throw myself into this website and community and make a plan which I found on the links above xx
