I didn't post yesterday since I needed some time to think. Today it's still going well. Day 33!

Other than that I don't have much to say at the moment. I think it's time to enjoy the day a bit.

Thanks. There are some new struggles though. Recovery struggles. My feelings and emotions are all over the place. It's quite a whirlwind. I need to be patient.

I might refrain from posting too much as long as that is going on. Sticking to my own threads. I need some meditation and sorting out to do.

Don't feel pressured to post if it doesn't help your sobriety Mike. It's true, there aren't any quick fixes. Keep looking after yourself and doing what you need to do.

Thank you. And sometimes I do feel pressured. To at least post an update every day for example. But sometimes I'd rather just let it all go and see what happens.

If I don't post, I'm fine. If the title of my post is: "Relapsed", I'm not. But I don't expect that to happen.
