For some people, PAWS doesn't even show until 2 years into sobriety. Be vigilant and know what can happen and what you will do if you end up with PAWS.

Keep moving forward in sobriety!!!

We have all tried moderation. It just doesn't work. If your body is stressed and sick from alcohol that should be a warning sign that you abused your body. Why would you want to do it again?

Anyways, its day 7 and I feel amazing. My anxiety is completely gone. I do get sad sometimes but only because I wasted so much time drinking and I made some poor decisions.

Physically it only took me a few days but the hangover/withdrawal on the first night was the worst I've ever had. I am aware that "the worst I've ever had," doesn't even compare to some peoples withdrawals.

I am not naturally inclined to depression. Alcohol was the only thing making me depressed. So I am happy being sober. A tad bored and feeling left out.
