Living Sober (Newcomers)
Evening one & all
When I first got sober I read a book called living sober it was the first book I read in sobriety & served me really well I know the big book is popular but for any newcomer of any programme or plan this book is a must read IMO
I think from this link you can either read online or print it out

Thanks SW. I think it's a great resource because it gives practical tips to help stay sober. I think that's where I first read about H.A.L.T. as in "if you have an urge to drink, first ask if you're hungry, angry, lonely or tired. Chances are one of these is the culprit.
