8 months for me

Wow, it's a recovery party in here today!

I just want to say, because there are so many people here now and you are looking for hope: I wish I could give you this feeling. I can't, but you can take it for yourself day by day. This is what its like.

8 months of not wondering whether my marinated mind was making my decisions.
8 months of remembering everything and not losing any hours.
8 months of waking up proud of who I am.
8 months of knowing my kids can count on me.
8 months of the free choice not to drink.

Help yourself!
