This is important Mera. Take every little thing you can from rehab. Don't waste energy worrying about your family. They will be absolutely fine. The best thing you can do for them is to throw yourself 100 percent into your rehab programme.

All checked in, everyone is so incredibly nice. Lunch in a half an hour then I meet with the doctor for a physical, then I meet with the psychologist.
