15 Weeks
 
I am at 15 weeks sober now. Still have my counseling sessions set up and have committed more to my fitness.

On vacation with the family and the weather is gorgeous, so having to be extra vigilant every day.

One day at a time. We can do this!!

curious if at 11 weeks or so you started to randomly have pressure headaches bad?

15 weeks is a long time for an alcoholic to not drink - remarkable.

no I didn't have any pressure headaches but I am sure everyone's body has a different process for healing.
