I'm taking a break from folding clothes. Torturous stuff.
I'm making a toasted roast beef sandwich with provolone and pickled jalapeņos, and I'm munching on a salad. Good stuff. What are you guys having?
I'll go to a couple aa meetings tonight and that'll do it for Wednesday.

I am having roasted vegetables and half an avocado after a brisk but short walk.
I am feeling just SO grim. Really in an unhappy and frustrated moment. Which will pass, I know it. Just getting weary of surfing and surfing and, oh here is the next wave. Just weary. And angry.
Catching up on you all (shoulda all been comedians) has helped a lot this evening. But I'm spent. And angry. Going to bed, will put some kind of boring audiobook on, with a pleasant matter-of -fact voice, and hope for sleep.
Sorry to be such a pooper. Just sick of the sameness of this struggle. It will pass.
