Morning everyone,
Hugs Melki, hopefully you are getting some sleep by now
I really had to force myself to run this morning but I made to Hackney Wick and back, 7 miles or so
Breakfast was eggs a la Saoutchik with avocado, chorizo, panini toast and paprika

Morning Behan!
It's official. I created a monster. Every morning when I make my coffee the fixings are in the same cabinet as his "rolly pollies". These round treats that he likes them when I throw a bunch and he has to go chase them and walk from treat to treat to eat. He is non stop begging each morning now. He is quiet as a mouse after. Hmmmmm... Should I deny or continue? He is way high on the cute scale so he wins! Daddy's heart is no match.
Happy sober Sunday! If you took the advice of our collective bus riders yesterday then you should wake today sober. Tell us how you are feeling. If you chose to drink still come and share why today will be the day you say no more. You can do it because we are doing it. It's an active thing everyday.
Now to catch up before we flip.
