14 Weeks
 

On 14 weeks sober now. Had a counseling session on Friday. I only have one more 'free' one through the employee assistance program but I am going to continue them at least once or twice a month to keep me accountable.

Physically - I have settled into a good exercise routine now and hope to drop a couple more pounds.

Mentally - I continue to check in here as well as work on the side business (which is starting to get some traction)...helps me stay busy. I am also starting to tell more friends about my not drinking.

Sticking to your plan is the key - we can do this!
