Day 20... Double digits times two! :-)
 

Good morning all. I'm kicking off day 20 without a headache and with muscles that are sore in all the right ways from exercise :-). I'm also kicking off a Monday with a clean(er) house (2 adults, 2 kids, white dog - is a house ever 'clean' for more than 2 minutes?) and caught up on all the laundry. Feels awesome.

Today has on tap the gym, work, and a typical family evening.. Plus I have some work homework I must tackle tonight.

And today I will not drink.
