Well done Melina, your brain seems fine to me

I would find this sexy in a woman " OK babe, you keep the remote"

I know, I live in a fantasy world

Checking in on my Saturday evening, it's a quiet one, was off work today so just been relaxing.

Sitting up for the boxing on TV later, we have a local boxer from N. Ireland fighting for a world title so looking forward to that!!

Let's keep it Sober weekenders!!

The 2000 s4 came with a bi turbo 2.7liter from the factory, I rebuilt the car with slightly larger turbos and had the ECM chipped. I got the car for $500 bucks, but was not driveable since the clutch was blown, and needed a lot of work. Kinda been a project car/ daily driver. The GF's car is a 2006 Audi A4 that has the 2.0 liter turbo in it. She just got that one a couple of weeks ago.

Beautiful sunny day and 60 degrees F here
We had a snowstorm Wed. and I had to take a snowday.
They say if you don't like the weather here, wait 15 minutes
and that seems to be true of late

Bryan Adams authoritatively answers the question from the last Thread bit re: what looks good on a Man.

He smokes it in Concert...

Just got back from a hike. I actually got hot, wearing a long-sleeved t-shirt and a thin fleece jacket. Crazy February weather here. But I love it!!

Ouch GS! Hope you're okay! My eyes are watering thinking about it!

Good ol Bryan Adams. He knows just what to say!

I saw a cute guy the other day but he was smoking. When I smoked that was kind of a prerequisite. Now....not so much.

His thread is so funny, I love how there's always 3 different conversations going on haha

Melina: do you have a park or outdoor space you can hang out in? I find any kind of exercise outdoors always lifts my mood. Xoxo

Speaking of which; I just went for a walk along the river in the rain so crazy to have rain instead of snow- it was a beautiful walk though, and the pathways were pretty much empty.

I found smart recovery meetings for almost everyday of the week here, I'll give it a whirl.
I like AA speaker meeting because I like listening to stories so maybe I'll check those out too.

I watched the movie " Amy" last night about Amy Winehouse, a perfect example of how alcohol kills- poor girl

Tomorrow I'm going to begin running up and down some steep wooden stairs by my house that go up the side of a big hill.
I believe that there are 120 steps.
I'm planning on doing some serious hiking this summer, and I have at least one backpacking trip for 8 days; along the west coast with some serious elevation- so I'm going to start preparing now.
I should quit smoking, but I'll worry about that later.

Wow, I'm on page 1 of the second part of the thread! Of course, I've missed everything on the other thread and will now need to go back.

I went to a meeting this morning, then stopped to buy a couple of books for a birthday present. Ate lunch. Now waiting to pick up daughter from birthday party. We're going to a fundraiser/spaghetti dinner tonight.

Weather is gorgeous!! Mid 50's today. Then 60s tomorrow. Then plummeting back to freezing and snow for the work week. March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb? Guess so.

GS, I hope you get the ghost pepper powder out of your eye. That sounds really, really painful.
