tired

I've been so tired these last three week I can barely keep my eyes open. My arms feels weak but there aren't really weak.. I feel like I'm coming down with a cold but I'm not.. just a general icky feeling.. what's really bothering me is is fatigue. . This is horrible.

I was considering starting a sobriety jar for just that reason ... Add a pebble or marble or stone for each day of sobriety.

Or use the sobriety ticker. As long as you know the sobriety date it'll count for you :)

Toni, 20 days is great!

Have you talked to your dr recently? If the fatigue continues, that might be a good idea.

I will follow up with my doctor soon I've just been so drained lately

I'm glad you'll be seeing your doctor. Best to have a checkup. :)

My first few weeks were similar, not much energy, generally feeling like sleeping all the time.

The body needs to heal and adjust, but seeing a Dr is also a good idea to stay safe!! :)

Seeing a doctor is always a good idea.

In the meantime, you might want to look into PAWS, or post acute withdrawal syndrome. Your body and brain make it through the first wave of withdrawals the first few days, but it takes more time than that for your body and brain to heal.

It will get better!
