Quit while you are ahead. Like Bunny, I am 10 years ahead of you. I would love to see how much I would have accomplished and where I would be if I had gone cold turkey back then. Do it. If you don't, you are going to be here 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 years from now when it is going to feel nearly impossible to stop

I sometimes think about what I would have said to my 20 something self. What I would have done differently.

Hands down, it would have been to quit drinking. I am 43 now, sober, but regret those years of drinking. Not that I am staying in the past, but just know that I wasn't at all my best self then.

So consider this knowledge a gift, and quit. Your future self will thank you!
