I have the same problem with not sleeping. I am at the very beginning part of sobriety. It takes a while for the insomnia to pass.

I hear ya. This one is less insomnia re: the odd hour, but more passing out at an odd time, and now saying "now what?!"

Such a strange disease. Unknown triggers etc. I don't reach for it when stressed and anxious cuz I know it makes it worse. Dunno what the hell my excuse is the rest of the time
