If no one told you this secret we all know, allow me..... No person ever... Not even once... Died from a craving. They will certainly pass as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow. Keep that in your head as you feel one come and watch it go.

ice cream is my go-to when craving--use the (delicious) tools you have
As you get stronger in sobriety, you can worry about the diet.
Right now, no alcohol is the diet

keep checking in... no excuses to drink, if you think you are going to cave in, post here first and get permission BEFORE you pick up a drink...
hope to see some of the people who have been missing...
substitute your favorite name who you haven't seen in a while,
let's call them out, over dosing on ice cream is no excuse!
