Congrats! If you are ever having doubts about staying sober just take things one day at a time. It's much easier to stay sober for one day than it is to stay sober a lifetime.

to celebrate, starting on 2-22 of this year i gave up sugar and caffeine. while i think they helped in getting over the hump of early sobriety, they too have become an unhealthy addiction.

i'm going to really try to stop being a hypocrite and get out there and live life to the fullest for my short time on this planet. we'll see
