Made a doctor's appointment to get a physical

Last Friday I had an appointment with my doctor to have my health checked out. I want to know if the drinking has done any damage.

But since I got the flu, I couldn't go. Today I feel a bit better. Good enough to be able to do some things around the house again.

So, next Friday I have the appointment. To be honest, I'm not concerned. I don't feel like anything is wrong. Though I'm aware that I might be wrong.

I'm actually looking forward to it. I want to know if I'm healthy. Although I'm not concerned, it isn't a certainty yet. And I don't like that.

Good move. Imagination fills in the gaps in the worst way. It'll be good to get some hard facts instead.

I gotta hand it to you...when you set your mind to something, you are so FOCUSED. I'm impressed.

Glad you're feeling better and you have youth on your side, so you most likely get good news at the doctor appointment now that you're letting yourself really heal.
