Smile Hello and good morning...

Hi everyone

I'm not new to recovery, but over the past couple of months I have been teetering towards relapse. I was sober for over a year then drank on a few occasions in Dec / Jan / Feb. It's not a big problem yet but it could quickly turn into one.
So, I'm going to hang around here and find motivation!

Thanks for the greeting! I am feeling positive this morning (in the U.K.) and want to build on my previous sober time.

Welcome back! You're right, don't let those slips turn into a relapse. Keep checking back.

I hear you. Those tiny social drinks, maybe just a couple here and there scare the hell out of me. They have always led me to a morning noon and night drinking binge. Stay strong. With alcoholism its all about keeping your guard up.
