I'm starting to hear a wide variety of bird calls out there. Sure sign spring is on its way. I can't wait. I don't think I've ever looked forward to it as much as this year.

I just knocked 3% off my electric bill. I also gambled and went for the three year contract. But I don't see prices going down in the next 24 months.
One was 1/2 cent lower but for 10 months and their next tier went up 4%.
One thing to not worry about for a couple years...

When I went outside this morning, my cardinal was bellowing from my small crabapple tree. Seems he's making a claim. Had one small youngster last year for a while, hopefully the neighbor's cat didn't get him...
I recall after a heavy wind storm last year there were more than a half dozen infant wrens blown out of nests next to the house. Bummer.

Good morning eveyone!
thanks to all you rogues for being here. The hard part of living alone is not having someone to bounce things off of. I agree, brynn.
I'm starting this day fresh and am going to try to avoid any negativity. I'm going to mail my birthday gift to my sister even though she bugs me. (Yesterday I considered keeping it for myself! )
I'm also thinking of finding a therapist. But since I work in the field, I know there are some bad ones out there.
mld...I agree, spring is in the air. I can't wait!

Good Morning all
Finally recovering from the endless cold
which was actually Bronchitis complicated by asthma.
Geez. . . .
When I drank I think I was too toxic for germs
Now they think I'm prime real estate.

Put up a pic of that car soon Sao--really want to enjoy
the fruits of your labor

Good morning, everyone!

Black coffee in bed, you know the drill.

I have a job interview in a few hours. It's with a fairly significant company I've always wanted to work for, but it's not the dream position. The title is chef but I believe it's more quality control. Lots and lots of travel checking on the licensed restaurants. Franchise stuff. Not sexy. But interesting in terms of putting me in a position to enter operations, which can be a rocket ship to some really good opportunities.

I'll find out more. If it's a good way to get in the door, great. I won't care what the job is. But if it puts me on an island and not close to any of the sexy projects, I may hold back. This is my fourth time interviewing with them over the past ten years.

In other news, I heard from Bimini and she says she is doing well. I miss her! So that was good to hear from her.

Dyno tested at 194 bhp. I could have squeezed more but I want it suitable for cruising not setting a fast lap

It's beautiful, inside and out!

That color is gorgeous. Love the steering wheel and seats.

I'll have to wait to see the car until I get into the office.

At work. Oh, joy. HaF, take care of yourself.

Well spotted LB - it works but needs setting as does the radio which retains the old facia but is digital compatible but with only a couple of preset stations or you can "tune" it

Out of sight is are the air con controls - one of the things I didn't do myself

I have an " option" with the guy who sprayed it because I want to speak to an auctioneer about the best "selling" colour but emailed correspondence indicates blue is popular.

Selling it in the States is a possibility - they have become popular there recently
