hi i'm laurel

cant believe im here.....i thought i had a handle on myself but now the room is spinning and i just finished a bottle of e&j brandy,feeling lonely depressed and sad.......welp im laurel,nice to meet you.

Welcome to the family.

Drinking made me lonely, depressed, and sad.

But after I'd been sober for a while, I started feeling a lot better. I hope the support here can help you get sober for good.

im tryin so hard not to cut myself....i always get like tht when i drink,today was a bad day.
