If you see a lion, don't forget to scream? I've never heard that one. But I like it.

I was in the elevator up to the office when the little TV screen in the elevator told me that the Classic Car Show was in London this weekend and showed me a picture of a red Jaguar. I knew that already.

I stopped for a cup of coffee and just took a sip. There's cream and sugar in it. Oh, no!!!

Tetra, that was funny. I couldn't see your picture earlier on my phone.

I have no idea how to fix not getting songs or pics - ask Ruby...

MLD, if I win the lottery and become wealthy, I am going to buy a farm with chickens, bees, goats etc. and you can work for me taking care of it while I go fishing...
Traffic accident this morning going into Philly was cleared up, but the residual backup was all around. I was fine with it but my sister was a nervous wreck... and I just found out she is still on the ground in Philly - mechanical trouble - how about a different plane?

So I was on this narrow windy two lane road in Lancaster County on the way home and wouldn't you know it. There was a tractor trailer slowly creeping up the hill a few cars ahead of me. Great. All I need is to be behind a loaded down tt on this road. And then the horse and buggy in front of him had room to move over to let us all zoom passed...
15 minutes before that there was a major accident at an intersection that had everyone turn... even without that two turn 1000 foot detour, the lady in the dashboard had to recalculate the route about fifty times... she doesn't know the shortcuts... and I couldn't figure out my sister's system so I listened to a whole Cher album this afternoon
Fortunately David Bowie Diamond Dogs was in the queue... what a great album!

Here! Work is done. Awesome day! Need to cook dinner and catch up.

SW... I am making chicken parm. Thin breasts with panko and a nice tomato basil sauce.

Weas, you're making me hungry. That Chicken Parm would really hit the spot right now.

Brain, that's cool about the horse and buggy. It was kind of them to move over so everyone could pass. I don't know how to fix the thing about seeing/not seeing videos or pictures. It's still a mystery. All I know is that if I'm on a desktop computer I can see all the pics and videos. If I'm on my phone which is an Android, I can't see pictures attached through SR. But can see stuff that's attached via tinypic or youtube. ?? who knows.

Oh my... just flipped the chicken. Smells amazing.

Adele on Ellen. Two first name people. I know how that is. People at work know me as just "ken". No second name needed.

I'm roasting a chicken tonight. Pretty simple - just cut a lemon into a few wedges and shove them in the cavity along with a few cloves of garlic and some fresh thyme. Season liberally with salt and pepper. Roast at 400 degrees till it's done. Skin gets nice and crispy. Not sure what I'll make to go with it.

Well this is super!
I had made plans to stay in town tomorrow night to see some friends and I got a text from a friend I shared a room with at uni to say she'll be in my neck of the woods this weekend if I'd like to meet for a coffee?
I haven't seen her in at least four years.
Here's to new friends and dear old ones - I'm so excited right now

Don't dis Cher. My sisters told me they were taking my mother the DAY OF THE CONCERT. At the time I would have paid for the whole trip. They had a blast, I got a t-shirt.

Kinzoku, happy birthday!
Thank you so much Ruby! It really is a big thing---for the first time in about 20 years I'm sober. Yay-

That sign is hilarious, Tetra!
I'm going to save that for some of the I's at work.

Thursday done, just one more to go.
I am not usually the kind to be 'working for the weekends', but this tax season stuff is wearing my out.
I am grateful for the thought of doing little this weekend.

I just got home from work and I'm pooped! I don't like getting out of my routine! If I'm like this now wonder what I'll be like when I'm old? Yikes!

Mac and cheese with a side of raw carrots and snap peas for dinner. What I really want is some football nachos with that canned cheese sauce and pickled jalepenos and some cotton candy. Oh, and some cheese fries and maybe a side of onion rings. Must be hormones.
