Just realized....I passed 200 days of Sobriety!
It was July 27th for me Snuffyguy, but the way I see it- it's just the beginning and I still gotta take it one day at a time.😳😳😳😳😳😔😔😔😔😔😔
Louise72- Congrats on 30 days!
I still find myself having to check into this website constantly for support (as well as AA meetings 2-3 times a week, and I don't think a day goes by where I haven't had to remind myself why I cannot drink, even though my AV wants me to think otherwise....sneaky little devil, that AV.😈😈😈
I've taken life easy these last 7 months, and yet I still find myself exhausted, panicky and anxious from time to time. Those feelings of fear, impending doom and fuzzy headedness have altogether subsided completely, though.
I now need to improve my diet a little bit more, and I also need to increase the exercise, but overall- I couldn't be happier, and I wish all of you the best in this battle against the bottle.
Life will improve for all of us if we stay sober, and that's the truth!
