Today marks 1 month sober 🎉🎉🎉 I don't know where the time has gone! Anyway...tomorrow I embark on a 90 day health challenge...nutritional, wholesome food and improved fitness via an online programme. This includes an online support group of others who are also taking part in the challenge. I am excited to be embracing the opportunity to further improve my health...2 months ago this would not have been possible...alcohol would have prevented it. Who knows what the next month of sobriety will bring.
