5+ hours in a hot, loud gym for a youth wrestling tournament. The chaos has always put me on edge and by the end definitely need to unwind. Standing strong but I didn't anticipate this one ... Glad I came here though rather than stay home because home because a long weekend day at home with no distraction is also no good.

Yeah I was at Costco yesterday for an hour and that place is a madhouse. Started feeling anxiety building up. Once I left things were back to normal. Your AV will pounce on those moments and press really hard on you to drink!

Good for you! Yes Costco can get crazy..I stay away from the liquor area. My trigger was when I just mowed the lawn for the first time. I missed having a cold one+.
