Day 5, my plan for the day

It's day 5 for me. I slept very well. Yesterday I had the heaviest of the withdrawals it seems because I feel a lot better.

My plan for the day: making a plan.

Dee and others often emphasize that it's important to do so and they know what they're talking about. So now that my head isn't that foggy anymore and I can read larger pieces of text again, I'm going to start going through the documents in the post Dee made and follow the instructions.

Have a good day all!

Keep it simple, Mike.
Lots of tools, low complexity.

You sound good!

You can have reasons, or you can have results, but you can't have both.

Mike, following Dee's advice is always a great idea.

I hope you come up with a good plan for yourself so that you can continue to recover. For me, balance in my life is a very important part of my plan.

Hi Mike, congrats on the 5th day. You must be feeling pretty good physically by now, correct? Isn't it a relief?
