7 days down!

Well today is day 7 without drinking and my anxiety appears to be settling down thank goodness. Happy I stopped before things got back to how they were in 2014, but it hasn't been easy this week. Good news is that I've been leaning in my learning / coping skills from AA and the last go around, which has helped me.

I AM THROUGH WITH DRINKING...and this time I mean it!!
