Maybe try to add just a little more activity and a little less sugar- just small steps xoxo

I lost about 15 lbs on the "divorce diet" (couldn't eat) before I stopped drinking, and have kept most of the weight off. I can relate to your food and sugar cravings, though! When I was in rehab for 2 months , we had excellent chefs and I was constantly eating. I've eased up since I've been home but I still have sugar fever. (My teenagers are convinced I'm trying to make them fat!) Everyone is different but I do think a ravenous appetite is normal at first. Be proud of yourself for your sobriety; the weight will take care of itself once your body gets back to normal.
