A co worker is struggling w being sober, I'm struggling w being sober...why does it have to be so hard?

When you want to be sober more than you want to drink, then it will get a bit easier.

I found gratitude helped me a lot in my recovery. When I started to count my blessings, it gave me a positive perspective, and changed my attitude for the better. Make a gratitude list each day. Even if it's just one small thing. Be grateful. It is life changing.

I know life is what you make it, nd honestly mine has been pretty good since I got sober, took awhile, but its okay. I'm just feeling kinda off tonight...
