Congrats on 100 days! That's HUGE! I used alcohol to sleep; no alcohol, no sleep. I tried melatonin and it seemed to have the opposite affect. It really wired me. I now take magnesium 1/2 hour before bed and it has been a life saver. In 3 months, I've had maybe 6 or 7 bad nights. I partially blame insomnia for previous relapses. The world is a lot brighter with adequate sleep. I hope your issues resolve themselves soon.
