So I had a bit of an up and down January- however, I managed to get through it only drinking three times. Obviously not as good as zero, but considering in a normal month I'd have drank a minimum of 15 times and probably more this is quite an achievement.

I fell off the sober wagon for a few days mid month but have been able to spend the rest of the month sober. Here's to February!

Good luck on a 100% sober February. You can only achieve this by being sober TODAY. Make that your most important goal every day and you can do it.
