Nope, I'm not imagining it. After 20 days of sobriety, I have shiny hair and sparkly eyes and a peaches & cream complexion, with small pores and no ruddiness. Gentlemen have started again to catch my eye and smile and strike up conversations.

(Wish the weight was dropping a little faster.)

I am always told I don't look 64. :) I certainly don't feel it. Sobriety - the gift that keeps on giving. :)

If you needed another reason to keep on track then it's right there! Imagine after 30... 40... Beyond!
