10 weeks!
Hello all,
Well yesterday was 10 weeks for me. Everything is progressing. I've had major issues with anxiety and panic. I'm working on those and seeing the appropriate professionals to try and get to the root of what is causing it. I really do enjoy being sober and want to get healthier. I have an appointment with my PCP coming up soon. We are going to run some test and then I'm going to start a juicing cleanse to help with my weight loss and to get the rest of the crap out of my system.
I've really appreciated all that share their stories here. It has been a great deal of help and I don't know where I would be w/o it. This is in NO WAY an easy journey. But it's one that I would much rather be on.
