No pun intended! Trying again after 6 months. Made it to 3 day max last time. I am on morning 2 and feel incredible!! Ready for the world instead of feeling nervous, edgy, frazelled, irritable. Oh and wondering if all my clients can smell that i am hungover. Fresh start? Hope so. Lsaning heavily on the one day thing.

Welcome and good luck. Maybe try to focus on the small at the beginning, if a day seems hard, get through half a day, or even the next hour. Before you know it you'll smash your 3 day record and day 4 will lead to ............ well a much better life.

Yeah, unfortunately I learned that people really could tell when I was drunk or hungover. They were just too polite to say anything. :-(

But the good news is that we're putting an end to that and the future is 100% in our hands!
