Binge

Alright guys,

Just wanted to update. I've commenced efforts to stop the binge eating starting today.

I have a plan, just like when I stopped drinking 460 odd days ago.

It involves regular meals at regular times and routine.

Thanks for all your advice and support. Hope everyone on the forums is having a good day!

You can have reasons, or you can have results, but you can't have both.

You'll soon have this right under control. I think people with a decent period of sobriety have a good "template" they can use on other self-destructive behaviors.

How are you going Stewy?
I'm on day two of healthy eating now, cut out all sugars and am eating clean. I have the worst migraine I'm thinking it could be sugar withdrawal if there is such a thing.
I hope your doing well!

I'm with Syracuse. You can use the sobriety as a template for this. It worked for me and smoking and overcoming some anger issues so maybe it will work for you with food. I found keeping a journal is a great help.

Eating a large breakfast cuts down on the sugar cravings during the day. And drinking lots of water reduces appetite. Good luck
