Physical Stamina at 13 Days!

Jonas has me holed up in a friend's large colonial home in Waldorf, MD. We went out to shovel the 18" or so of snow that fell overnight. It was quite a workout, which I weathered well. This level of physical exertion would have been impossible two weeks ago!
