Gave in to the drink last night didnt want to talk albout it woke up no hangover i governed myself well made it through normal workday ate healthty lunch decided to celebrte howevemrany days of sobriety. Im doing so good! Getting fd up right now im losing the fight. Its ok. I got plenty of vodka left
I would ask you to read the quote you have in your signature line. Defeat IS optional. You're not losing the fight ... you're choosing not to fight at all.
I'm sorry you're drinking again. It seemed you had had enough of the misery, but I guess not. I would hope you still have enough sense at this point to pour the rest of the vodka down the drain, but I have a feeling you're past that.
We will be here for you tomorrow. I hope you're able to make it back.

Dump the remaining booze. Drink some water. Get some sleep. Come back immediately when you wake up.
That's what you need to do and you know it.
If you have an argument as to why that is not the best option and do it right now then your AV is in control.
Admit then that it is in control and dump the booze to put it back in its place.

So you fell off the horse, time to get back on and continue the journey!

Pick your self back up and start over. You can do it. Nothing good comes from drinking and you know that. Hope you feel better today.

Ditch the vodka you are gonna solve nothing by drinking that poison. I am only on day two and slip up all the time but we have to want to stop and you would not be here if that was not the case..pour it out get some fresh water a few movies and rest...I hope you make the right choice.

csaw, you are not a loser. I hope you are doing better today. Try not drink today? I don't have a lot of ground to stand on as I drank recently, but I put it behind me as quickly as possible and got back on the sober train. You can too. Again, you are not a loser.
