Sleep study
So I'm at 18 days today. I can relate to others who have posted that the novelty is wearing off a bit. Not that I'm having cravings because I'm not. It's just that the strong positive rush I felt from days 4-15 has faded and I've felt kind of blah the last two days.
I'm on a pretty heavy dose of citalopram (60mg/day) for depression and anxiety. The meds have been working much better since I stopped drinking but that too has flattened out a bit.
I've been having negative and often booze related dreams since I stopped. Overall I'm sleeping better than when I was drinking but I still find myself waking every few hours throughout the night. So here I am checking in for an overnight sleep study. My wife has told me I'm not snoring nearly as bad as I was when I went to bed drunk but I still feel like there may be an issue.
Here's hoping this uncovers some useful info. Overall I'm very happy to have 18 days. I have my second appointment with my therapist tomorrow afternoon so I'm working my plan. That includes reading SR for an hour or so each night.
I wish you all the best.

Good job on 18 days sober. It sounds like you're doing well.
I think feeling blah at times is kind of normal. I know that I had to find ways to get through days like that. I'm glad that you're working your plan!
