90 day 90 days tomorrow. Im doing good. I still have those "screw it" moments in the grocery store but am able to walk away from the temptation. there are bad days at work when I could really use a glass or bottle. Learning how to handle myself when I get all wound up has been a challenge. I'm very high strung. So I'll keep going on with sobriety. I've only seen positive things so far, especially with my anxiety level. I'm being very aware of my obsessive personality and am trying hard not to replace my drinking obsession with another unhealthy obsession. All or nothing, black and white, nothing in moderation. That's me. i have to find more middle/gray area and stay there. Lol |
