Martin -- good for you! Let's do this! Lucky break for you with the weather and when it happens again you will be better prepared.
Tonight is another big trigger for me (a social event I can't get out of) and I've been nervous all day. Staying hydrated, positive thinking, some exercise and meditation--all helped and now I'm here with you all for a bit. I can DO this! :-)

When I joined SR I felt my anxiety slowly disappear. I'd felt like no one could possibly understand what I was going through. Reading the posts and suggestions, I knew I was no longer alone. I'm happy it's helping you to be here. 22 days - something to be so proud of.
