I can actually accomplish things now.
Memory is getting better.
Motivation getting better.

Lost 35 lbs
Relationship with my family is getting better now that they know i'm going to do what I say i'm going to do.
I have a desire to be as healthy as possible now. (never in a million years would I have thought that would be me)
List keeps going and going.......

I've been sober a few years, but I don't think I look younger because my hair is getting pretty grey.
But my dad started going grey in high school so I knew this was coming. At least it's not falling out!
But physically, I feel so much better then when I was drinking daily.
