I haven't posted much on this forum, but I've read quite a bit. On November the 3rd I first posted on this wonderful resource, Sober Recovery, and looking back on it now I was 10 days sober into what would be the hardest fight of and for my life. Today, I am so so happy and PROUD to say that I am 4 days away from being 90 days COMPLETELY sober. I just want to say to all the newcomers like I was...YOU CAN DO THIS!!! Even when you think like I did, that its not possible...that I was too far gone to worry about quitting, and that I should just accept that as who I was, I, as well as many others on here are living proof that it is possible..so don't give up!! You got this!!!!

That's great to hear and congrats! I'm very jealous. I had nearly four months under my belt this time last year and threw it away and got right back into the cycle. So don't get complacent or take it for granted how great and happy feel right now. I'm in the middle of day one again right now and your story is very motivating for me. Best of luck!

Believe me when I say I know exactly where you are at. It took me almost a year just to build up with start after start to that final 10 day stretch that took hold and by the grace of God hasn't let up. Best wishes to you in your recovery!! Keep pushing till you see that 4 month mark again and then whip out your steel knuckles and knock it slap out of the calendar!!!
