Surgery Anxiety

Hello,

Hope everyone had a nice weekend. I am finishing up my 17th day without alcohol, and trying to read a book and fall asleep, but I am anxious about tomorrow.

I have a surgery scheduled for issues I have been having with my heart. The good news is that it is supposed to fix the issues, however, I am scared about going under anesthesia, and also about the surgeon working on my heart.

Please send some prayers and good wishes my way that things go well tomorrow.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery. I just had surgery myself. The surgery itself was a breeze.

You're in my thoughts.

They do preadmission testing to make sure you're OK to be put under and all that.

Thank you all for your messages. I am feeling a little calmer this morning, and looking forward to this procedure working and feeling back to my normal self. Still a few hours before I have to check in, will definitely update you later!
