A different kind of day 1
Because this time I'm not saying goodbye for a month or 90 days. I'm not worried anymore what people will think when I tell them I don't. I think I really need to say goodbye for good. One problem and maybe you can help me? I'm going on a trip to an all inclusive in one month and its hard to picture this not having a buzz all day. Literally wondering what I will DO all day? I think it might be beautiful just doing it sober (this is helping.) and not having a hangover everyday seems awesome.

I think if you work on your plan, your self-talk and craving management you might do okay at the all-inclusive. But if it were me, and I knew my sobriety was in serious jeopardy, I'd rather not go on vacation than risk it. It's that important to me!
I think determination to stay sober is huge, and it sounds like you have that. Who are you going on your trip with? It may help to let them know you are not planning on drinking so they can support you.
All inclusive trips have many activities on the grounds, and also they often have excursions. I would spend some time researching what is available and coming up with a plan for the day. Make sure to block out some time to relax with a good book as well!
