& sober mind been hectic. Docs & all. Working w\ my brother occasionally, like today. So will update more when I can.

Yea been trying to get things in order .. Klonipin been helping but doesn't seem to help panic attacks.. Mom & I both had episodes, but still alive & sober ..

I think klonipin is a benzo which I know can be very addictive AW in the uk no Dr really prescribes them because of how dangerous they can be

Yea they are a benzo & addictive, but I am extremely care about the pills and dosage for some odd reason lol My doctors know I'm an alcoholic & we already have plans for tapering set up. Thanx :-)
