Therapy - 11 days
Today is day 11 of sobriety. It's also my first appointment with a cognitive behavioral therapist. This site is great, I read every night and find it wildly helpful.
I admit I had one glass of wine at a business celebration dinner last week. We were away for two days and I didn't have anything els and only had it for the toast. Tonight I'm at a sushi bar grabbing a bite before my appointment. Drinking h2o and fine with it.
I'm really feeling a lot better and am happier and calmer than I've been in a few years.
